Our Most Successful Crops

Our fertilisers have achieved significantly higher crop yields and quality compared to DAP across a wide range of crops, with our products proving most impactful with these five:

Sugarcane

Sugarcane

India's 5th most prominent crop and our primary focus. Tripura Phos delivers stronger root systems and improved tillering. Tripura Potash increases sucrose content, improves juice quality, enhances overall yield, and builds disease resistance across the growing season.

Rice

Paddy

Tripura Phos promotes improved tillering and stronger, deeper root systems across paddy farms. Better nutrient uptake leads to more uniform crop development, higher grain count per panicle, and consistently better yield documented across multiple Kharif seasons.

Wheat

Wheat

Documented higher yields and improved grain quality across multiple Rabi field trials. Farmers report better number of grains per ear, improved grain weight, stronger stems, and a meaningful increase in yield per acre compared to their best DAP seasons.

Maize

Maize

Tripura Phos drives vigorous early root development and strong vegetative growth in maize. Combined with Tripura Potash, farmers see improved cob size, better grain fill, higher starch content, and enhanced drought tolerance — delivering superior yield even in variable conditions.

Vegetables

All Vegetables

Across tomatoes, chillies, onions, leafy greens and more, our fertilisers deliver visibly better produce quality — improved colour, size, shelf life, and taste. 100% bioavailable nutrients mean faster uptake, reduced input cost, and consistently higher marketable yield per acre.

Bioavailability: The Key Difference

Phosphorous: Tripura Phos vs DAP

Tripura Phos
100%
DAP
~16%

DAP provides 46% P₂O₅ (23kg per 50kg bag), of which only 40% is plant-available, and bioavailability is a further 40% of that — totalling ~3.68kg per bag. Tripura Phos delivers the full 5.75kg of phosphorous to the plant.

Potash: Tripura Potash vs MOP

Tripura Potash
100%
MOP
~4%

MOP provides 60% K₂O (30kg per 50kg bag), of which 40% is available (12kg), and only 10% of that is bioavailable — totalling just 1.2kg per bag. Tripura Potash delivers the full 2.25kg of potash directly to the plant.

From the Field

Results documented in collaboration with DCM Shriram, Birla Sugar Mill, and other partner sugar mills.

"
After switching to Tripura Phos, our sugarcane yield improved noticeably compared with DAP. The crops had more tillering, better weight, and yielded 50 quintals extra per acre. We will not be going back to chemical fertilisers.

"
The soil has improved season after season. The root systems are noticeable better and much stronger crop - better quality of grain, and higher number of grains. Our wheat yield per acre exceeded our best DAP season by a meaningful margin.

"
I was sceptical about replacing DAP with a 25kg bag that claimed to do the same job as 50kg. But I took the risk, and after using it I am now fully satisfied with the results. It has helped me get better tillers and better yield in my paddy field. The bioavailability explanation convinced me, and the results on my fields confirmed it.

"Our products, when used timely, synchronise the tillering and - due to the availability of all Major, Secondary and Micronutrients in proportionate and recommended quantity in 100% Bio-Available form - give equal or better performance against chemical fertilisers."
